Sometimes the best ideas happen by accident! Such is the case of the recycled coffee bag purses my sister Karla is making for the
Junk Revolution store at the
Junk Bonanza.
You see, I shipped her a box load of coffee bags to make flea market shopping carts liners. Some were just too small for the project. As junkers, we hate waste, so after a few phone conversations, we figured out what we could do with the misfits.
Not bad, huh? I do love my coffee!
Will be posting about the
Bonanza Happy Trails Meet and Greet blog party this week. Be sure to check it out!
Peace,
Ki
Love those! Does she have an etsy shop where people could buy them online?

Nothing like a junker to repurpose even leftovers! What a clever idea.

This is so not fair. I can't go to the Bonanza! I live in Georgia! I hope some of them make it to the web site. Claire

I love Dunn Bros coffee, we have one here in Jefferson City!
ReplyDeleteOh I need one of those! Actually I need two...one for my dear coffee buddy Kay. She and I are both military wives so we are on different posts now. Not sure if I miss her or her coffee more! LOL!
ReplyDeleteHow stinkin cute! I love those!! Is there at etsy shop where we can purchase? I have absolutely, positively without a doubt got to have one. I have two personas ~ The Library Lady AND The Coffee Chick.

Hi Ki,
ReplyDeleteThose are amazing! They remind me slighly of my French pillow collection!
I would LOVE to be a part of your magazine...
Have a great day,

Probably one of the most desirable looking bags I've seen. Darn! Wish you had 'em at Oronoco. Still got one of your military loaf pans though.
